SPIRITSAVER, the avant-garde art collective hailing from Toronto, Canada, emerged in late 2022 as a force to be reckoned with. This ensemble of creative mavericks has quickly carved out a niche for themselves with their innovative approach to art and music.
At the core of SPIRITSAVER is a collection of visionary artists:
Zale: The founder of SPIRITSAVER, Zale brings a wealth of experience guided by mentors Boi-1da and Stephen “Koz'' Kozmeniuk. Thus far in his young career, Zale has collaborated with Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj, and Childish Gambino, with Grammy wins and multi-platinum certifications. In addition to penning and producing SPIRITSAVER’s tracks, Zale is a versatile force within the group, adeptly handling everything from management to video directing, ensuring the collective’s vision comes to life.
Tajudeen: Has a rich background in music shaped by collaborating with the likes of Cool & Dre, Boi-1da, and Koz. His Nigerian roots add a unique soulful dimension to their sound.
Stacey Lee: As the creative director, Stacey Lee is at the forefront of SPIRITSAVER’s visual identity. A respected creative, her work landed her on the prestigious CAFA’s 2023 New Gen List. Her work encompasses everything from video production to styling, bringing a cohesive and striking aesthetic to the collective’s presence.
Other Collaborators include: Herag a multi-instrumentalist producer recognized for his work with Alessia Cara, Nelly Furtado, Don Toliver). Jackson Willows, a multidisciplinary creative who lends his expertise to marketing, editing, video coloring, as well as songwriting and producing. He is also a Juno Award-winning producer known for his work with The Beaches and Ruby Waters.
